PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure for a shock absorber capable of satisfying both of ride comfort in a vehicle and a stroke length. SOLUTION: The valve structure for the shock absorber includes a valve disk 1 having a port 2 formed thereon, a shaft member 5a erecting from an axis part of a valve disk 2, an annular leaf valve 10 fixed to the shaft member 5a at an inner circumference side thereof and laminated on the valve disk 1 to block the port 2, and a biasing means to bias the leaf valve 10 in a direction to block the port 2, wherein the biasing means includes an annular leaf spring 15 fixed on the rod member at an inner circumference side and having a free end at an outer circumference side, and an interposed member 11 interposed between the leaf spring 15 and the leaf valve 10 and partially touching the leaf spring 15 at circumferential intervals.
