PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV ray-curable viscoelastic material having a high polymerization rate and concealing property, a UV ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, and a method of producing a UV ray-curable viscoelastic material. SOLUTION: The UV ray-curable viscoelastic material contains a thermochromic pigment that reversibly decolors and colors by temperature changes. In particular, a preferable UV ray-curable viscoelastic material is obtained by polymerizing a UV ray-polymerizable composition through irradiation with UV rays, the composition containing 70 to 99.9 parts by weight of an alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer, in total 100 parts by weight of the monomer component, and 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of a thermochromic pigment and 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator.
