<p>A durable semiconductor box with two functions of refrigeration and heat preservation includes an upper chamber (1), a lower chamber (2), an upper chamber internal heat exchanger (3), an upper chamber semiconductor refrigerating and heating device (5), an upper chamber external heat exchanger (7), a lower chamber internal heat exchanger (4), a lower chamber semiconductor refrigerating and heating device (6), a lower chamber external heat exchanger (8), a complex condenser (11), a liquid delivery pump (12) and an electronic control panel (10). The upper chamber external heat exchanger (7), the lower chamber external heat exchanger (8), the liquid delivery pump (12) and the complex condenser (11) are interconnected to form a circulation flow channel of a liquid coolant. When the electronic control panel (10) changes the positive and negative polarities of the direct-current outputting to the upper chamber semiconductor refrigerating and heating device (5) or the lower chamber semiconductor refrigerating and heating device (6), there is a short buffering interval when the current value of the output direct-current is equal to zero.</p> |
