摘要

A neighbour cell information transmitting method and an information transmitting method are provided. The neighbour cell information transmitting method includes that a base station transmits a message which involves the neighbour cell information to a terminal, the neighbour cell information carries the parameters information of each base station in a reference base stations set, each base station in the reference base stations set permits the terminal to access to it. The method solves the problem that the system control overheads are larger and the terminal scanning time is longer, so as to improve the switch performance of the system and decrease the energy loss of the terminal.
