A method, a device and a system for informing the data modification are provided, which relate to the communication technology field and resolve the problem that the efficiency that the service front end processes the notification of the service data modification is relatively low in the prior art. The method comprises: obtaining the additional notification content preassigned after the subscribed service data is modified; sending the notification request carrying the data modification notification content and the additional notification content to the service front end. The method, the device and the system are mainly used in the art that the service data modification is informed to the service front end of the network element after the service data is modified.
