PURPOSE: A device for drying sawdust is provided to uniformly dry sawdust by blowing the sawdust with hot air into a cylindrical drum and to reduce environmental contaminants by rapidly drying the saw dust. CONSTITUTION: A device for drying sawdust comprises a pre-dryer(1), a rotary drying drum(200), a fan feeder, a hopper(300), a heater, and a rotating unit. Sawdust in a storage tank of the pre-dryer is uniformly dried using the atmospheric heat from a house(450). The rotary drying drum has a body, an inlet, and an outlet. The sawdust discharged from the storage tank is supplied to the inlet through a conveyor(500). The fan feeder blows the sawdust with hot air to the inlet. The hoper drops the sawdust into the fan feeder. The heater blows hot air to the fan feeder. The rotating unit generates power and rotates the rotary drying drum.
