摘要 PURPOSE: A heat sink, a manufacturing method thereof and a heat sink integral metal PCP are provided to improve a radiation performance of a slim electrical appliance by including a high radiation organic-inorganic complex coating thin film. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(150) includes a radiation member(110) and a high radiation organic-inorganic complex coating thin film(120). The radiation member is arranged on a heating source in order to make low a temperature of a heat source. The radiation member has a thickness of 0.1mm to 5mm. The high radiation organic-inorganic complex coating thin film is formed on the radiation member. The high radiation organic-inorganic complex coating thin film includes a changing silicon resin, inorganic filler and a metal filler. The high radiation organic-inorganic complex coating thin film has the thickness of 0.03mm to 0.06mm.
