PURPOSE: A white light emitting device is provided to obtain high light efficiency and photonic efficiency by separately forming each R(Red), G(Green), and B(Blue) fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray source emits the ultraviolet ray to the light source. Red fluorescent substance comprises caAlSiN3:Eu, and Ca2Si6N8:Eu or(Ca, Sr) S:Eu. Green fluorescent substance comprises(SrBaMg) 2SiO4: eu. Blue fluorescent substance comprises the Sr 6(PO4) 3Cl:Eu. The ultraviolet-ray LED is the ultraviolet ray source is the wavelength of peak emission of 410nm to 400. The red fluorescent substance comprises the wavelength of peak emission of 700nm to 600.
