<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately switch several broadcastings in one transmission channel so as to allow continuous viewing. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcasting selection control part 192 performs switching control of selection to A hierarchy broadcasting to a selection unit 150 when a fact that it is a commercial period is detected in B hierarchy broadcasting selected by the selection unit 150, the fact that it is the commercial period is not detected in the A hierarchy broadcasting, and a first switching condition including that the A hierarchy broadcasting and B hierarchy broadcasting are simultaneous broadcasting is satisfied.
