PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of information by preventing unnecessary output of a printed matter by confidential printing.

SOLUTION: A client terminal A107 accepts the designation of a user who receives a printed matter by confidential printing, and makes an inquiry to a management server 103 about whether the reception of the printed matter of confidential printing by the user is permitted. As result of an inquiry, when the user is permitted to receive the printed matter of confidential printing, the client terminal A107 instructs a print server 104 to output the printed matter of confidential printing.
