<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraint device for a vehicle capable of retaining a lap belt to a proper attachment position by a constitution that handling is easy. <P>SOLUTION: The four-point type seat belt device 10 includes: a pair of right and left lap belts 12 having respective one end sides supported on a vehicle seat 11 and restraining a waist part of the sitting occupant P by connecting them through a buckle 16 and a tongue plate 18 provided at the other end sides; a pair of right and left shoulder belts 20 connected to the lap belt 12 positioned at the same side in a seat width direction at respective lower end parts and restraining an upper body of the sitting occupant P; retractors 22 drawably rolling-up upper end sides of the shoulder belts 20 respectively; and belt members 28 each having one end connected to a connection portion 12A of the shoulder belt 20 in the lap belt 12 and the other end displaceably supported in a vehicle longitudinal direction relative to the vehicle seat 11 through a linear actuator 30 and resistant to rolling-up urging force of the retractor 22 by tension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
