<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform processing for removing pages to be replaced from a booklet from which a ring member is detached, printing and replacing pages to replace, and performing ring bookbinding. <P>SOLUTION: This bookbinding system includes an MFP (multi function peripheral) 1 for forming images on paper; a ring binder bookbinding device 7 performing ring-binding bookbinding to the booklet comprising a plurality of image-formed sheets of paper, by a ring binding part; and an inserter 4 provided in a prior stage of the ring binder bookbinding device 7 and capable of feeding the ring binder bookbinding device 7 with paper. The ring binder bookbinding device 7 inserts the paper for replacement conveyed from the MFP 1, into page positions to be replaced of a ring-bound booklet fed from the inserter 4 and rid of the ring member, removes the paper in the page positions to be replaced to perform replacement of paper, and binds the inserted paper with paper conveyed before and after the inserted paper to perform ring-binding bookbinding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
