<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously observe observation objects of both a backside contact solar battery cell and a film. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring film 5 allowing the infrared ray to penetrate is arranged in a position opposed to the backside of backside contact solar battery cells 2 where the infrared ray diffuses and penetrates. A wiring pattern for electrically connecting a plurality of the backside contact solar battery cells 2 to one another is formed in the wiring film 5. A cell alignment mark 9 is formed in the backside of the backside contact solar battery cells 2. A wiring film alignment mark 10 is formed in the wiring film 5. The infrared ray is irradiated by an infrared irradiation device 8 from the front surface side of the backside contact solar battery cells 2. By an infrared imaging device 7 which detects the infrared ray penetrating the backside contact solar battery cells 2 and the wiring film 5, the patterns of electrode 31 and electrode 32 are observed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
