PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular under cover and a duct on the lower portion of a front bumper of an automobile. SOLUTION: An under cover body 11 and the duct 12 are arranged in the vehicular under cover 3 to be attached to the lower portion of the front bumper of the automobile. The under cover body 11 includes a front end plate portion 15 with an aperture 39, and a cover body portion 14 with a duct storage portion 30. The duct 12 includes a flange portion 41, a duct body portion 42 projected from the flange portion 41 to the rear side, and an inclined tongue piece 43 projected from the duct body portion 42. When the duct 12 is inserted from the front side to the opening 39 of the under cover body 11 to abut the flange portion 41 against the front surface of the front end plate portion 15, the distal end of the inclined tongue piece 43 abuts against the rear surface of the front end plate portion 15, thereby installing the duct 12 to the under cover body 11.
