PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a display part of an ultrasonic tomographic image from becoming dirty due to fingerprints and scratches when the ultrasonic tomographic image displayed on a display device with a touch panel is dragged for operation. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic image zone A1, an ultrasonic image P and a cursor C are displayed, and the cursor C is not moved even when touched. In an operation part display zone A2, a touch pad area 100 for moving the cursor C is displayed, and as the touch pad area 100 is dragged by a finger F, the cursor is moved corresponding to the drag direction and the drag distance.
