<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the clearance between a front bumper and a cab front panel, to prevent the reduction of rigidity of a front bumper and to facilitate machining in a front bumper structure of a cab-over truck provided with an FUP (front underrun protector). Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the front bumper structure for the cab-over type truck 100, a front underrun protector 42 is arranged between the front bumper 10 and a vehicle body so as to cover the front of the vehicle body at a lower side than the front bumper. By providing a level difference 24 on the upper flange 12a of the front bumper 10 in a longitudinal direction, even if the width dimension W of the upper flange 12a is increased, the rigidity of the upper flange 12a can be maintained. Since the width dimension W of the upper flange 12a can be increased, the clearance s between the front bumper 10 and the cab front panel 106 is narrowed to eliminate exposure of a vehicle body structure and beautiful appearance is not impaired.
