<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel discharge device capable of surely discharging a vessel with a neck ring supported and carried by guide rails from a carrying system passage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A part of a pair of guide rails 2 and 2 for supporting the neck ring 1a of the vessel 1 is constituted of a pair of movable guide rails 3 and 3. The pair of movable guide rails 3 and 3 are arranged at lower ends of bell cranks 12R and 12L, and inner ends of the bell cranks are connected to each other, and the bell cranks are rotatably supported by a bending point. The end of a cylinder rod 14b of a cylinder mechanism 14 is connected to a connecting part of the bell cranks, and the pair of movable guide rails 3 and 3 are separated from each other by rotating the bell cranks around the bending point by lowering the cylinder rod 14b by operating the cylinder mechanism 14, and the support of the neck ring 1a by the guide rails 3 and 3 is released, and the upper end of the vessel 1 is struck downward by the connecting part of the bell cranks.
