<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device and an image forming device which is free from rear-end-leaning. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Sheets discharged on a discharge tray from a paper discharge part are prevented from leaning on a rear end of the paper discharge part by allowing the sheets to move close to and away from a restriction part for restricting an upstream end of the sheets stacked on the discharge tray in a sheet discharge direction and an aligning property of the upstream end in the sheet discharge direction of the sheets stacked on the discharge tray is improved.
