<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding adhesive film for a flexible printed wiring board excellent in reworkability which has enough electromagnetic wave shielding property and heat resistance withstanding elevated temperature during reflow of lead-free solder after applied to the flexible printed wiring board, excels in flexibility as compared with conventional adhesive films, and does not deteriorate its conductivity even after the pressure cooker test. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This curable electromagnetic wave shielding adhesive film includes: a curable electroconductive polyurethane polyurea adhesive layer which contains a polyurethane polyurea resin, an epoxy resin of a low softening point, an epoxy resin of a high softening point, and a specific amount of a conductive filler; and a filmy curable insulating polyurethane polyurea resin composition which contains the polyurethane polyurea resin, and an epoxy resin.
