<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skew correction behavior detection device capable of obtaining detailed data about the behavior when correcting the skew and to provide a skew correction device and a recording device each provided with this skew correction behavior detection device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A printer includes the skew correction device for correcting position of sheet P in a process in which a tip of the sheet P to be conveyed in accordance with the turn of a conveyance roller is abutted on registration rollers 29A, 29B, 29C and is bent and deformed. The skew correction device includes the skew correction behavior detection device having a plurality of sensors 50, 51 capable of detecting the presence or absence of the sheet P along the direction of rotary shaft S of the registration rollers 29A, 29B, 29C at positions close to the rotary shaft S in the direction of conveyance of the sheet P.
