According to the invention, a bicycle with power generation and supply circuit which converts motion of the bicycle into conditioned power is provided. The bicycle may include a body, a wheel, a generator, and a power supply circuit. The wheel may define an axis of rotation, be coupled with the body, and be configured to be in contact with a surface and rotate about the axis of rotation when the body is moved relative to the surface. The generator may be coupled with the wheel and configured to convert the rotation of the wheel into electrical power. The power supply circuit may be configured to receive the electrical power from the generator and condition the electrical power. The power supply circuit may include a Universal Serial Bus conditioning circuit configured to provide two data signal voltages and may be further configured to provide the conditioned electrical power.
