PURPOSE: A portable electronic device and a control method thereof are provided to improve the function of the portable electronic device by providing tactile feedback to a touch sensing display. CONSTITUTION: A housing(202) comprises frame(206) and a rear unit(204). Frame protects a touch sensing display. A piezoelectric actuator is arranged on a base unit(210). The piezoelectric actuator is preload. The piezoelectric actuator provides the tactile feedback to the touch sensing display in response to the enable signal. The base unit supports the piezoelectric actuator.
