摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The bag material includes mixed fibers and/or filaments of heat- sealing material. Over the cross section of the material, up to the heat-sealing surface, the proportion of fibers and/or filaments increases along a gradient profile. They are bi-component fibers and/or filaments. They are structured with a core and casing; the core is high-melting, the casing low-melting. They are CoPET/PET fibers. The fibers and/or filaments of the filter material comprise polyethylene terephthalate. #CMT# : #/CMT# A spun fleece is used. The material weight is 14 g/m 2>to 40 g/m 2>and the thickness 0.05-0.3 mm. The bi-component fiber/filament thickness is 1.4 dtex to 2.0 dtex. The penetration rate is less than 3%. Throughput per hole is 0.4-0.7 g/hole-minute. The fleece is calendered smooth. It is calendered by a gravure roller. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# An infusion bag for drinks, food or medicinal use. The bag is a tea bag, a coffee pod or a soup bag. It is used in hot or cold applications. It is used for e.g. medicinal baths. (All claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The bag has very good filtration characteristics. It is simple and economical to manufacture. It is of good appearance, and effective in use. Gradient textile construction satisfactorily replaces multilayer construction in which each layer heat-seals or filters exclusively. All functions are combined in only the single layer. Welding is secure. High uniformity, good sealing and adequate bag strength are achieved. Greater optical transparency can be incorporated.</p>
