摘要 PURPOSE: A photovoltaic thermal hybrid device is provided to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs by minimizing the thickness of the device and preventing heat in a thermal spreading layer and a coolant fluid path from emitting to the outside. CONSTITUTION: At least one light-collecting part(10) changes the direction of a part of incident solar energy in the inside in a radial direction and emits the other part to the outside. A solar cell(20) is formed in one side of the light-collecting part. A frame(60) surrounds the light-collecting part and embeds a coolant fluid path(40) which cools the solar cell inside one side. A thermal diffusion layer(30) is prepared between the solar cell and the coolant fluid path and transfers energy which was not changed into electricity in the solar cell to the coolant fluid path.
