PURPOSE: An optical sheet is provided to prevent the generation of static electricity by forming a carbon nano-tube on the protrusions which are formed on one side the optical sheet. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet(100) includes a base film(110) and protrusions(120) which are located on one side of the base film. A primer layer is formed between the base film and the protrusions. The protrusions include a carbon nano-tube(130) and a base unit(140). The protrusions include a plurality of threads(122) and a plurality of valleys(124). The base unit is located on the lower side of the plurality of valleys.
