<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sewing in an overlapped webbing even though the distance of a buckle body and an attaching tool is short, and the buckle body and the attaching tool are located near a sewing part of the webbing. <P>SOLUTION: One end 5a and the other end 5c of the webbing 5 are overlapped over the middle part 5b so as to be three-layered when the webbing 5 is put through the buckle body 3 and webbing through holes 9, 11 of the attaching tool 4 ((a)). Then, basting is performed by pressing the three-layered part with a pressing jig for basting 15 and forming a basting part 18 ((b)). Then, connection is completed by pressing the three-layered biasing part with a pressing jig for lock stitch 19 and forming a lock stitching part 21 ((c)). When the lock stitch part 21 is formed, the form of the three-layered part by the basting part 18 can be secured.
