PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor by which an image is stably obtained while a history by exposure to light does not remain. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer provided on the surface of the conductive substrate, wherein the outermost surface of the photosensitive layer contains a crosslinked product using at least one of charge transporting material having at least one substituent selected from -OH, -OCH3, -NH2, -SH and -COOH, an acidic substance, and at least one selected from compounds expressed by general formula (A) and general formula (B).
