PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console box structure capable of being shared with a front seat occupant and a rear seat occupant and being also used as a cooling box and a warm keeping box. SOLUTION: The console box structure includes: a console box body 12; and a lid body 14 openably/closably mounted to an opening part 13 formed on an upper surface of the console box body 12. The lid body 14 is provided with a front/rear both opening structure part 17 having a lower lid part 15 openable/closable from a front seat side and an upper lid part 16 openable/closable from a rear seat side.
