<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using a display device, such as, a liquid crystal television or a display device for personal computer, by using commercial power under a high-pressure environment where an oxygen concentration is high, including a recompression tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method for mainly using a display device 22, such as, a liquid crystal television or a personal computer display device by using the commercial power under a high-pressure environment, the display device 22 is immersed in its entirety inside a container 1 which includes a transparent plate 3, that allows the screen of the display device to be viewed and is filled with a transparent or is close to a transparent insulating liquid, and an insulating liquid filling/injection portion 9a is closed, and a power supply cable 11 is introduced into the container 1, and an introduction portion 10 is formed as a closed structure, and the commercial power is supplied to the display device 22.
