<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving terminal having a function of recovering data that the receiving terminal has not received from a transmitting terminal, even when a data transfer condition from the transmitting terminal is poor and there is no adjacent terminal receiving the same data as that the receiving terminal receiving from the transmitting terminal in the same timing within a communication area of the receiving terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the data reception condition from a transmitting terminal is poor at a receiving terminal and there is no terminal receiving the same data in the same timing within a communication area of the receiving terminal, whether or not there are any data communication support terminal storing the data same as that transmitted from the transmitting terminal is searched, and if any, data are received from the data communication support terminal.
