<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking device structure adapted to achieve a parking device sub-assembly, facilitating the assembling operation of the parking device itself to be the sub-assembly, and easily mounting the sub-assembly in a body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This parking device structure includes a lock pole 21 engaged to a parking gear 31, a parking rod 14 for engaging the lock pole 21 to the parking gear 31, a parking lever 15 for moving the parking rod 14 and an actuator 17 for driving the parking lever 15, as parts. The parking device structure further includes the parking lever 15 rotatably held in a mounting hole formed in a flat plate shaped locking member 11, the parking rod 14 having one end connected to the parking lever 15, and a pair of guide projecting parts 11a and 11b formed in the locking member 11 by pressing to linearly guide the parking rod 14.
