Disclosed is a synchronization device equipped with multiple counter units which detect clocks and output a numerical value signal indicating the count of each, and being further equipped with: a first counter unit which outputs the aforementioned numerical value signal; a counter synchronization signal output unit which outputs a counter synchronization signal indicating the same number as the number indicated by the numerical value signal that is output by the aforementioned first counter unit; and a second counter unit which, based on the number indicated by the counter synchronization signal that is output by the aforementioned counter synchronization signal output unit, outputs a numerical value signal indicating the same number with the same timing as the aforementioned first counter unit.
