Provided is an anastomotic device (1) characterized by being provided with, on a fork formed so as to extend in a suture direction, an organ grip mechanism (3) which comprises a first grip teeth plate member, a second grip teeth plate member, a housing, and a grip teeth driving unit that is connected to the first grip teeth plate member and/or the second grip teeth plate member and moves the first grip teeth plate member and the second grip teeth plate member relatively by one pitch in a longitudinal direction, the organ grip mechanism being configured to grip the vicinity of a suture portion of organ tissue, an outward warping mechanism (5) which is configured to move the organ grip mechanism (3) within an outward warping movement range, and an outward warping management means which enables the outward warping motion of the organ grip mechanism (3) by the outward warping mechanism (5) only when the positions of the tips of pointed teeth and the tips of rake teeth match.  Thus, the anastomotic device achieves a reduction in the burden on organ tissue.
