PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION MODULE

PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion module provided to facilitate optical coupling without an additional device by implementing the optical alignment between an optical waveguide and an optoelectronic converter and modularizing them. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide(110) is buried on a PCB(100) having a via hole(101) thereon and is protruded to an upper part of the PCB through the via hole. A fixing block(120) holds the protruded part of the optical waveguide to an upper part of the PCB. An optical device(210) is arranged the optical waveguide fixed on the fixing block. An optoelectronic converter(200) packages a drive IC chip running the optical device.
