<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member with optical lenses which has high heat resistance against high heat emitted by LEDs, greatly saves the trouble to bond lenses to individual LEDs one to one, can be easily mounted by one operation on a substrate having LEDs, prevents a position shift during the mounting, and can be stably used without any position shift due to thermal deformation etc., during use, and further to provide a method of manufacturing the sheet member with the optical lenses in which low-cost manufacture and continuous molding are possible. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet member with the optical lenses is to be mounted on the substrate having light emitting diodes, and includes a sheet portion and optical lens portions and has the optical lens portions only at positions opposed to the light emitting diodes when mounted on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
