<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated beverage with excellent flavor, improved in flavor (body feeling, sharpness of aftertaste, or the like) and bubble feeling of the carbonated beverage containing sweetener with a high degree of sweetness. <P>SOLUTION: This carbonated beverage includes a specific amount of polymeric catechin and caffeine as the active ingredients. As a result of this, the carbonated beverage demonstrates an action of suppressing continuous sweet taste as aftertaste of the carbonated beverage mixed with sweetener with a high degree of sweetness, an action of suppressing offensive taste and bitter taste peculiar to sweetener with a high degree of sweetness, felt together with stimulation of carbonic acid, and an action of improving bubble feeling of the carbonated beverage, and has even body feeling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
