<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece wherein a supporting structure of a movement to a dial plate is rationalized. <P>SOLUTION: A center nut 380 has a dimension A from a seating surface 381 abutting on a front face of a dial plate 200 to a tip in a screwing direction, which is greater than the thickness B of the dial plate. A case body 340 is provided with a circular and annular recess section 342 having its center at a rotating axis L of pointer pipes 321, 322, 323, and a tip of the center nut in a screwing direction enters into the recess section. An abutting surface 341 of the casing body is provided to surround the recess section. A center screw 330 is equipped with a flange section 331 abutting on an inner surface of the case body, and in a screwing direction of the center screw and the center nut, the flange section of the center screw and the seating surface of the center nut are opposed, and at least a part of the abutting plane of the case body is positioned between them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
