<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporarily binding implement which enables a meter inspector to fold printed matter such as business forms printed in situ where he or she checks a meter and conceal a part of the information entered in the printed matter, and on the other hand, a customer to easily peel off the folded part of the printed matter when reading its content. <P>SOLUTION: This temporarily binding implement comprises a first member with a plurality of protrusions formed on an almost rectangular board, a second member with a plurality of recessed parts, which fit into the protrusions of the first member, arranged on the almost rectangular board, and an implement body equipped with a rail for supporting the first member so as to allow moving of the protrusions toward the recessed parts. Further, the doubly stacked part of the folded printed matter is inserted between the first member and the second member, then the first member is moved by the rail of the implement body to make an engagement of each protrusion with the recessed part. Thus, the recessed parts and holes as they are with the two pieces of the paper stacked over each other, are formed, and the temporary binding of the printed matter is accomplished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
