摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic piezoelectric film that imparts an ultrasonic oscillator and an ultrasonic probe that is superior in ultrasonic piezoelectricity and reception sensitivity, and to provide an ultrasonic oscillator and an ultrasonic probe that uses the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic piezoelectric film contains CNT particles, containing an organic piezoelectric material and carbon nanotubes (CNTs), wherein the CNT particles has an orientation, such that in a tomographic image of each of three tomographic planes by electron microscope, when a regular triangle pole having three tomographic planes that are mutually shifted by 60 degrees is cut out, by cutting the organic piezoelectric film perpendicular to a thickness direction, the ratio of CNT particles havingθof 45 degrees or less, with respect to the entire carbon nanotube particles, is 55% (several percents) or more of the three tomographic planes, whereθis the smaller of the angles formed by a length direction line of the carbon nanotube particles and a vertical line of the cross section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
