PAPER PLACING UNIT, POST-PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper placing unit capable of properly loading a paper bundle a unfavorable in condition by solving the problem such as the swelling of the paper bundle subjected to folding processing and the opening of a folded part in an inclined paper ejecting tray. SOLUTION: The paper placing unit is provided for loading the paper bundle with a plurality of paper subjected to the folding processing in a superposed state. The paper placing unit has a paper placing part slantingly arranged so that the downstream side in the paper carrying direction becomes high and loading the folding processing-applied paper bundle, a paper carrying means for carrying the paper bundle loaded in the paper placing part in the paper carrying direction in the superposed state, and a paper pressing means rockingly or slidably arranged above the paper placing part and having a paper abutting part for abutting on an upper surface of the paper bundle loaded in the paper placing part.
