PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament which is easily and simply attached to and removed from an attached member, such as a buckle of clothes, and does not unnecessarily come off the attached member when it is attached to the attached member. SOLUTION: The ornament is provided with a cylindrical body comprising: a front sidewall; a back sidewall facing the front sidewall at prescribed intervals; and left and right sidewalls joining both end parts of the front and back sidewalls. Openings at both ends of the cylindrical body in the longitudinal direction and a slit-like attachment opening linked to the inside of the cylindrical body are provided at a boundary between one of the left and right sidewalls and the back sidewall. In the cylindrical body, elastic grip bodies for elastically gripping a string attached member with the front sidewall are provided for both ends inside the cylindrical body in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and the elastic grip bodies are deformed in curved shapes and one of the ends in the longitudinal direction elastically is in contact with a free end on the sidewall provided with the attachment opening.
