PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated composite material capable of raising the strength of a round shaped part by laminating a plurality of unidirectional fiber layers so as to form the round shaped part, and to provide a method of manufacturing the laminated composite material. SOLUTION: The laminated composite material has a fiber-reinforced layer laminated part made by laminating the plurality of unidirectional fiber reinforced layers 16 formed by putting fibers into plastics while maintaining the directivity of the fibers to reinforce the plastics such that the directions of the fibers become symmetric with respect to the thickness direction and the round shaped part is formed, wherein, in the range from the beginning end to the completing end, reinforcing material 18 is arranged such that the thickness of the round shaped part 20 becomes larger than that of the round shaped part formed by only the fiber-reinforced layer laminated part.
