PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device of a liquid jetting head which can reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the configuration after maintaining a printing accuracy, and to provide a liquid jetting recording apparatus and a liquid filling method of the liquid jetting recording apparatus. SOLUTION: The rotating device 60 includes a rotary unit 62 to which an inkjet head 10 is attached, and a base unit 61 which rotatably supports the rotary unit 62. The rotary unit 62 is equipped with a rotary plate 63 which is supported rotatably at the base unit 61 via a rotary shaft 69, and a slide mechanism 65 which is supported slidably in a radial direction of the rotary shaft 69 with respect to the rotary plate 63 and to which the inkjet head 10 is attached.
