PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet drawing device and image drawing method in which discharging state does not become instable and useless use of liquid is suppressed even though long-time preparatory discharge is carried out at a low driving frequency. SOLUTION: The image drawing method includes a main discharging step for discharging in the first discharging condition and a preparatory discharging step for discharging in the second discharging condition, in the second condition which is a discharging condition in the preparatory discharging condition, the discharge is carried out by modifying the discharge frequency.
