PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial endoscope device that enables all areas of past recorded images to be checked even in, for example, tracking check after inspection, and that prevents an image from being tampered with, by recording additional information on the photographed image. SOLUTION: The endoscope device includes: a video output means for output of, as a video signal, an image signal obtained through imaging by an imaging means; an additional video output means for superposing the additional information of the image signal obtained through imaging by the imaging means, to the video signal output by the video output means and for output of the video signal with the additional information superposed thereon; a video signal switching means for selecting the video signal output by the video output means or the video signal on which the additional information output by the additional video output means has been superposed; and an image recording means for recording, as image data, the video signal output by the video output means or the video signal on which the additional information output by the additional video output means has been superposed, selected by the video signal switching means, or for recoding both.
