<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium to be used for recording/reproducing digital video information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device using the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, an AV file, cell time information, and PGC information are recorded in different regions. Cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object. Data in the same location in a video object can be redundantly reproduced in different cells in different PGC. Information relating to whether the video object is compressed by MPEG2 or not is included in the cell time information. The time code table includes information relating to the specific unit. The cell time information includes information relating to the number of the specific unit. The information relating to whether it is compressed by the MPEG2 or not is included in a region different from that of information relating to the number of the specific unit.
