<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chute device with powder hardly accumulated and not scattered even to the periphery. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This chute device 6 is provided for dropping the powder supplied from above in a predetermined position, and includes a powder passage 11 formed of a ventilating member and dropping the powder in the predetermined position, and an air sending means 18 for sending air to the ventilating member for forming the powder passage 11 so that the gas passed through the ventilating member for forming the powder passage 11 is blown off from the whole wall surface of the powder passage 11.
