<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper motor which enables easy change of the direction of a connector. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fixed terminal member 33 of the connector 32 is wired to a fitting part 31 formed in a substrate case. A holder 34 of the connector 32 is supported in the fitting part 31 so as to be freely rotated so that its position regulation is made downward, horizontally and upward. A movable terminal member 41 is insert-molded to the holder 34. One end part of the movable terminal member 41 is turnably connected by a hinge 42 at a projecting side end part of the fixed terminal member 33. A slit 43 is formed in the holder 34 so as to avoid interference of the fixed terminal member 33 with the holder 34, when the holder 34 rotates in the fitting part 31.
