<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of avoiding an effect by electromagnetic waves resulting from short distance type noncontact communication. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The data processor performs radio communication of data by using a portable remote terminal and short distance type noncontact communication and processes the data. The data processor includes an antenna transmitting and receiving data with the portable remote terminal through electromagnetic waves. The data processor further includes a controller for controlling a control signal for an information processor processing information to be supplied to a user so as to avoid the effect by electromagnetic waves while processing data transmitted and received by the antenna.
