<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape sticking apparatus for pressing a region corresponding to the length of a tape to stick with an uniform pressure without being dependent on the length of the tape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the tape sticking apparatus 1, a press head 4 for pressing a tape 11 rotates about a rotational axis. The one of four press planes is selected to pressed the tape.
